3. Introductory provisions
3.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations of the Operator, the Organiser and the User arising when the User purchases Tickets from the Organiser through the Portal and Points of sale. A Ticket is purchased on the basis of a direct contractual relationship between the User and the Organiser. MACET, s.r.o., as the direct intermediary of ticket sales authorised to do so by the Organiser, is not liable for whether the Event takes place, for its quality, or for the fulfilment of any other contractual obligations by the Organiser. That responsibility lies solely with the Organiser. The User may assert claims arising from the Ticket and the Event solely against the Organiser.
3.2 The contract and all obligations arising under these Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic.
3.3 The Operator is entitled to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions. This provision is without prejudice to rights and obligations arising during the effectiveness of the previous version.
4. Creating a User account
4.1 The User may use the Services of the Portal also through a User account. The User applies for one by submitting a completed electronic registration request on the Portal.
4.2 If the Operator accepts the request, it informs the User without undue delay about the creation of the account by e-mail to the address given in the registration form.
4.3 The Operator is entitled to refuse a request to create a User account.
5. Purchasing Tickets
5.1 The User may purchase Tickets on the Portal either through a User account or without creating one.
5.2 To purchase a Ticket, the User selects a Ticket for the desired Event at the desired price level and quantity, or a specific seat, continues through the purchase process and finally proceeds to payment. The final price, including any transaction costs, is shown to the User before the order is completed.
5.3 The Operator guarantees the User the Ticket price valid at the moment the order is submitted.
5.4 The User is obliged to check the correctness of the order before submitting it.
5.5 A Ticket reservation created during the purchase process is valid for a limited time. If payment is not made within the set period, the reservation expires and the Tickets are released for further sale.
5.6 A purchased Ticket is sent to the User without undue delay after successful payment to the e-mail address given in the order. A User with a User account has their Tickets permanently available in that account.
5.7 A maximum of 10 Tickets per Event may be ordered in a single order, unless stated otherwise.
5.8 If an incorrect e-mail address is entered, the User is obliged to contact the Operator without undue delay at info@ticketall.eu, and no later than 48 hours before the date of the Event. Failing that, the Ticket may not be delivered, with no entitlement to a refund.
5.9 If problems arise during the purchase, the User may contact the Operator at info@ticketall.eu or use the contact details given for the Organiser.
5.10 If the User requires a tax document confirming the purchase of a Ticket, they should address this request to the Organiser or to info@ticketall.eu; the Operator will request the tax document from the Organiser and then send it to the User.
5.11 The Ticket prices displayed on the Portal at the end of the purchase process are final for the User.
5.12 For purchases made through the Portal, a processing fee of 1 % of the order value is added to the Ticket price and is paid by the User. This fee covers the costs of operating the Portal and of generating and delivering the Ticket, and is shown transparently to the User as a separate item before the order is completed. This fee is not charged for sales at the Organiser's point of sale (POS).
5.13 Payments are processed by certified payment service providers. The Operator has no access to full payment card details and does not store them.
5.14 The User acknowledges that the Organiser is entitled to change Ticket prices on the Portal at any time, including without giving a reason. A price change does not affect orders already concluded.
5.15 By presenting a Ticket at the entrance to an Event and by entering, the Ticket holder expresses agreement with the operating and contractual conditions of the Event set by the Organiser. The Operator, as a sales intermediary cooperating with many Organisers, does not have the wording of those conditions available; the User is obliged to familiarise themselves with them in advance, or may request them via info@ticketall.eu.
5.16 The User acknowledges that the Organiser is entitled to change the content of the Event's online presentation on the Portal.
Refund of admission
5.17 Responsibility for an Event not taking place and for refunding admission lies solely with the Organiser. If an Event or a Ticket is cancelled, the method of refunding admission follows the Organiser's instructions. Admission may be refunded or replaced with a voucher towards a further Ticket purchase.
5.18 If an Event is cancelled, the User – consumer is entitled to a refund of the Ticket price paid.
5.19 In the event of a change of date or venue, or a significant change to the programme, the User has the right to compensation for the Ticket. This right may be exercised no later than 21 days from the announcement of the change and no later than three working days before the date of the Event, unless the Organiser stipulates otherwise.
5.20 If an Event is cancelled in full for reasons beyond the Organiser's control due to force majeure (e.g. a natural disaster, an epidemic, a decision of a public authority), the User is entitled to exchange the Ticket for a voucher towards a further purchase, unless the Organiser stipulates otherwise. If, due to force majeure, the date or venue changes or the programme changes significantly, the Ticket remains valid for the changed date and the User has no right to compensation for it, unless the Organiser stipulates otherwise.
Refunds of admission through the Operator
5.21 If the Organiser cancels an Event or a Ticket and agrees with the Operator that the Operator will handle the refund, the Operator will return the relevant amount to the payment instrument from which the payment was received, without undue delay. The Operator will inform the User about the refund through the Portal or by e-mail.
5.22 If the Organiser cancels or reschedules an Event, the full Ticket price paid is refunded to the User without any fee being charged to them. The refund processing fee of €0.40 per Ticket is paid by the Organiser.
5.23 Cancellation of an individual Ticket at the User's request — is possible only if approved by the Organiser in the given case. In such a case, if the refund is carried out by the Operator under an agreement with the Organiser, the Operator is entitled to a handling fee of €0.40 per Ticket for each refunded Ticket. The Operator will send the refunded amount, reduced by this fee, to the account from which the payment was received.
Complaints
5.24 After receiving a Ticket, the User is obliged to check that it is correct and complete. Any complaints regarding the content or delivery of the Ticket may be submitted by the User by e-mail to info@ticketall.eu. A complaint about the content of a Ticket is handled by the Operator promptly, usually by issuing a new Ticket with the correct details.
5.25 The Operator, as the direct intermediary of ticket sales, does not assume responsibility for an Event held by the Organiser. Complaints concerning the Event itself — in particular its quality, changes to the programme, rescheduling or cancellation, including claims for damages — must be asserted by the User directly against the Organiser of the Event.
5.26 The Operator is not liable for non-delivery of a Ticket for reasons on the User's side, in particular an incorrectly entered e-mail address, a spam filter or a full mailbox.
Out-of-court dispute resolution
5.27 The supervisory authority for consumer protection is the Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia (SOI) — the Slovak Trade Inspection Authority.
5.28 If a dispute arises between the Organiser of an Event and a User – consumer under a purchase contract or a contract for the provision of services and it cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the User has the right to submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution (ADR) to an entity listed in the register maintained by the Ministerstvo hospodárstva SR (Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic). The User may in particular use:

Withdrawal from the contract
6.6 The Operator informs the User that, pursuant to Section 19(1)(l) of Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection (Slovak Republic), the contract for the purchase of a Ticket concluded between the User and the Organiser through the Portal is not subject to the Consumer's right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. It is a contract for the provision of a leisure-related service under which the Organiser undertakes to provide performance at an agreed time (on the date of the Event).
7. Personal data protection
7.1 The Operator processes Users' personal data in accordance with the GDPR and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection (Slovak Republic), in some cases for its own purposes and in others for the purposes of the Organiser.
7.2 The Operator processes in particular the following data provided by the User when purchasing or registering: first name and surname, e-mail address, and where applicable telephone number and address, order and Ticket purchase history, payment data and IP address (for security and audit purposes).

10. Final provisions
10.1 Relations not governed by these Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, in particular the Slovak Civil Code (Občiansky zákonník) and — where the User is a consumer — Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection (Slovak Republic).
